David Beckham Match Issued Worn Predator Powerswerve Navy Galaxy

Match Prepared / Issued Beckham Powerswerve in late 2007 - early 2008.  

The Upper:

• A custom made synthetic upper and colorway was made for Beckham in this Powerswerve.
• The upper uses extra stitching along the outside and inside of the top half of the boots, a spec made for Beckham on his Powerswerve models
  
• Both boots feature elongated tongues, a staple of Beckham's custom boots.  The tongue is about 1.5x the size of retail models.  An extral arge Beckham logo was used on both tongues
  
• Laces have been shortened and burned at the edges instead of using the lace eyelets
• Both heel feature his kids names, "Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz" printed in the inside of the heel cup on both boots
• The left heel features a USA flag outlined in Silver, the #23, and "DB" "V" in script
• The right heel features an England flag outlined in Silver, the #23, and "DB" "V" in script 

The stripes have some cracking along the outside of the boots, as shown in pics.  Minor cosmetic imperfection.

The Sole Plate:

• This is the Soft Ground soleplate, commonly worn by Beckham on grass pitches, using aluminum tipped studs
• Beckham's insoles do not feature the PowerPulse "sand" element, instead they are shaved flat.  There isn't an insert for the PowerPulse element on the sole plate, a custom spec for Beckham
• As for sizing, it appears Beckham used around a 9-9.5UK or 9.5-10US throughout his career, depending on the boots.  However, they don't fit like traditional sizing would as they are custom molded to his foot
• Custom flooring of the boots was used on these, as they were custom made for Beckham's foot.  As mentioned above, the overall shape and sizing is much slimmer and longer than a traditional retail spec.
